Top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in East Sussex requires an experienced duty manager to join their busy team. Must have good all round experience in customer care, food & beverage, duty management and be a strong team leader. Working 5 out of 7 days, 45 hours per week, flexible shifts, early`s and late`s, hours to include weekends.
